Downloads

Tech Supply Group  is making software buying faster and simpler with our easy to use Downloads service. To use simply follow the instructions below: 

1. Add the product you would like to buy to your shopping cart. 
2. Checkout through our secure server. 
3. Once your order has been processed you will receive a 2nd email containing the download link and activation
4. Click on the download link you have been sent to download your software directly from the download servers. 
5. Use the supplied serial key that has been emailed you with your order to activate your new software. 
6. Enjoy your new software!

How long does it take to get my serial key? 

Answer: During normal business hours (9am-4pm EST Monday - Friday) we will send your order after it clears our fraud detection program. This is for the Card holder and our protection. All orders are manually processed ensure validity. Orders placed outside of normal hours will receive their key first thing the next business day. 

Once your order is processed, you will be emailed the manufacturers download link and product serial number. Tech Supply Group does not issue refunds for downloadable software.

If I have a problem with my download or order can I talk to someone? 

Answer: Yes! By email at techsupplygroup@gmail.com to help you anytime during normal business hours.
